Don't care for the Americans much - won't spell properly - extremely ignorant about a lot of things.... but ?
why are they so much better at customer service than we are - it might be insincere - you know ''have a nice day'', but they know how to complain - and demand high standards and litigate people at the drop of a hat if those standards drop - why are we so lame at complaining - why do we wait like lemmings in a queue and if someone actually complains - why do other customers come to the rescue of the shop assistant that is not doing their job properly - is this culture thing stemming back to something - I would like to hear from some older and wiser people than me who might be able to give me some perspective on this subject please ?
