Does anyone understand registered trademarks?

If a company is using a name as a registered trademark for a product, can I use the same name to trade under? I will not be selling similar products. The other companies products are baby care lotions and my business would be baby massage (teaching mums and dads to massage their babies). The company selling the lotions is not named the same as its products.
